Pricing guide, CRM and Sales Software
The 2026 Sales Cloud ladder in plain numbers, where AI forces the jump to Core, and why Agentforce add-ons are the part you cannot budget from the website.
The short answer
Salesforce Sales Cloud costs USD 25 to USD 550 per user per month: Starter Suite USD 25, Pro Suite USD 100, Core USD 195, Advanced USD 395 and Max USD 550. Only Starter Suite is available monthly. At list price a 50-user team pays USD 60,000 a year on Pro Suite or USD 117,000 on Core, before any Agentforce add-on.

If you last priced Salesforce a year ago, the page will not look familiar. Enterprise, Unlimited and Einstein 1 Sales no longer appear on the Sales Cloud pricing page. Core at USD 195, Advanced at USD 395 and Max at USD 550 per user per month replace them, with Starter Suite at USD 25 and Pro Suite at USD 100 underneath.
The ladder is simpler to read and harder to benchmark, because old quotes no longer map onto it. This guide covers every published edition, what the Flex Credit pools include, and the two places where bills grow past the headline: the annual commitment above Starter Suite and the unpriced AI add-ons.
Prices below were recorded on 17 October 2026. The headline figure is the lowest price you can get for that plan. Check the official page before you buy, because vendors change prices without notice.

How billing works
Salesforce restructured its editions in 2026, and the pricing page no longer lists Enterprise, Unlimited or Einstein 1 Sales. The published ladder is Starter Suite at USD 25, Pro Suite at USD 100, Core at USD 195, Advanced at USD 395 and Max at USD 550 per user per month. Only Starter Suite can be bought monthly. Everything from Pro Suite upward is billed annually, so your real commitment is twelve months of seats whatever your headcount does in month three. AI is the new variable. Core and above include Flex Credits at the org level and not per user: 500,000 a year on Core, 1 million on Advanced and 2.75 million on Max. Agentforce for Sales and the Agentforce add-ons such as Lead Nurture, Pipeline Management and Prospecting are listed as available for purchase on Core and Advanced with no published price, and the page says to contact a sales representative for AI pricing. Max is the only edition where Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce Coworker are included, and it carries a Contact us button and not a self-serve path.
The tier trap
AI is the upgrade that forces the jump. The pricing page states that AI can be added to Core and above, so any Agentforce requirement rules out Starter Suite and Pro Suite and starts your per-user price at USD 195 before the add-on is even priced.
Read this first. Prices were read on Salesforce's Sales Cloud pricing page on 17 October 2026 on both the US page and a regional page. The ladder here is Starter Suite, Pro Suite, Core, Advanced and Max, so older Enterprise and Unlimited editions are not covered. Max is described in the text but is not one of the four plan rows. Agentforce add-on prices and the trial length are not published. Salesforce's news item on the 2026 edition changes was not read, so no price history is given. Salesforce's 31 January fiscal year end is long-standing public information and was not re-verified here. The page states prices are for information only and subject to change.
Move the slider to see what each plan costs at your size. The figures use the list prices on this page and leave out tax, add-ons and any discount you negotiate.
Fifty users show how each edition step multiplies the same seat count.

| Pro Suite, billed annually (50 users) | USD60,000 | Headline price |

| Advanced, billed annually, for more Flex Credits (50 users) | USD237,000 | +USD 177,000 |

Pick it if you have fewer than about ten sellers, want a working CRM this week, and need the option to pay monthly.
Pick it if you need real customization and automation but have no AI requirement and no platform development plans.
Pick it if you need the full Sales Cloud platform or any Agentforce capability, since AI starts at Core.
Pick them if AI usage is central to how your team sells and the Flex Credit pool at Core would not cover it.
Our view
Starter Suite at USD 25 and Pro Suite at USD 100 are reasonable value for teams that want the Salesforce platform without its platform complexity. Core at USD 195 is where the real decision sits. It is a large step up and worth it only if you need the full platform or Agentforce, because many sales teams buy Core for features they never configure.
You may be overpaying if
You are on Core or above but your team uses little more than accounts, contacts, opportunities and reports, your Flex Credits go largely unused each year, or you upgraded for AI before scoping which Agentforce add-on you need and what it costs.
Annual billing means inactive seats cost you a full year. Count who logged in over the last 90 days and renew to that number.
Agentforce add-ons are unpriced on the website. Get the add-on quote first, then decide whether Core or Advanced is justified.
Credits are an org pool with a yearly reset. If Core's 500K is barely touched, Advanced cannot be justified on credit capacity alone.
Not every user needs the same edition. Price the platform users properly and look at whether lighter roles belong on a cheaper tier.
Salesforce's fiscal year is understood to end on 31 January, with quarters ending in April, July and October. Confirm the dates with your rep and time the signature, not just the ask.
HubSpot Sales Hub from USD 7 per seat per month and Pipedrive from USD 14 are real comparisons for teams that pay Core prices for Pro Suite needs.
Renewal email you can copy
Fill in the brackets and send it about 90 days before the renewal date. It works best next to your renewal tracker.

| Pipedrive | USD14 per seat per month (Lite, billed annually) | Pipeline management is the whole requirement and platform extensibility is not Read our Pipedrive pricing guide |

Seat counts and AI usage both drift upward. Open the renewal file 90 days early with the order form, the active user count and the credit consumption.
Bottom line. Renew to active logins, get the Agentforce add-on quoted before choosing an edition, and keep the order form, user count and credit use in one renewal file opened 90 days early.
Sales Cloud costs USD 25 per user per month on Starter Suite, USD 100 on Pro Suite, USD 195 on Core, USD 395 on Advanced and USD 550 on Max. Only Starter Suite can be billed monthly. Everything from Pro Suite upward is billed annually.
No. Salesforce has no free plan for Sales Cloud. The pricing page offers a free trial on Starter Suite, Pro Suite, Core and Advanced, but does not state how long the trial lasts, so confirm that before you plan an evaluation.
Max is listed at USD 550 per user per month, billed annually, and includes 2.75 million Flex Credits per org per year plus Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce Coworker. Unlike the lower editions it carries a Contact us button and not a self-serve purchase path.
Salesforce publishes no standing discount. Bargaining power comes from truing up seats before an annual renewal, capping the uplift in writing, pricing the Agentforce add-ons explicitly, and timing signature to the fiscal year end.
There is no annual saving to capture, because annual billing is mandatory from Pro Suite upward and Starter Suite shows the same USD 25 either way. The practical effect is a twelve-month seat commitment on every edition except Starter Suite.
HubSpot Sales Hub Starter at USD 7 per seat per month on annual billing is the cheapest mainstream alternative. Pipedrive Lite is USD 14 per seat per month billed annually, and Zoho CRM Plus starts at USD 20 per user per month for a bundled suite.
