Pricing guide, CRM Software
Every Zoho CRM edition in plain numbers, which controls sit on Enterprise, and how USD 9 team users cut the seat bill.
The short answer
Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users, then costs USD 14 to USD 52 per user per month billed yearly (USD 20 to USD 65 billed monthly) across Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate. A 10-user team pays USD 2,760 a year on Professional or USD 4,800 on Enterprise at list price.

Zoho CRM has one of the lowest entry prices of any full CRM, and a free edition for very small teams. The cost question is not the headline price but the edition you end up on. Sandbox, territory management and field-level encryption all sit on Enterprise, and monthly billing adds a lot per user.
This guide breaks down every edition using US dollar prices from Zoho's official pricing page, then shows where the real cost sits.
Prices below were recorded on 12 October 2026. The headline figure is the lowest price you can get for that plan. Check the official page before you buy, because vendors change prices without notice.

How billing works
Zoho CRM charges per user, billed monthly or yearly with no long-term contract, and Zoho says yearly plans save up to 34%. Ultimate costs USD 52 per user per month yearly or USD 65 monthly and adds higher limits, consulting and migration help. Non-sales staff can be added as team users, a separate license at USD 9 per user per month yearly (USD 11 monthly) with access limited to team modules. Local taxes such as VAT or GST are added on top of list prices.
The tier trap
Developer sandbox, territory management and field-level encryption all start on Enterprise, so a team that needs safe testing or regional sales structures jumps from USD 23 to USD 40 per user, a 74% increase.
Read this first. Zoho's pricing page geo-renders local currency (it showed INR to our fetcher), so USD prices were read from the page's own price data file (zohowebstatic.com/sites/zweb/json/pricing/crm-pricing-val.json, USD column): Standard USD 14 and USD 20, Professional USD 23 and USD 35, Enterprise USD 40 and USD 50, Ultimate USD 52 and USD 65, team users USD 9 and USD 11, Bigin USD 7 and USD 9. Please check the USD toggle on the live page once. Free trial length is not stated on the page (third parties say 15 days), so it is left generic. The page marks both Professional and Enterprise as Most Popular in different sections, and Professional is used here. No sourced buyer benchmark or dated price change was found.
Move the slider to see what each plan costs at your size. The figures use the list prices on this page and leave out tax, add-ons and any discount you negotiate.
Ten users shows the cost of needing a sandbox and territories, and of paying monthly.
| Scenario | Cost per year | Against the headline |
|---|---|---|
| Professional, billed yearly (10 users) | USD2,760 | Headline price |
| Sandbox and territories needed, so Enterprise yearly (10 users) | USD4,800 | +USD 2,040 |
| Enterprise paid monthly instead of yearly (10 users) | USD6,000 | +USD 1,200 |

Our view
Zoho CRM is strong value for small and mid-sized teams, and Professional at USD 23 a user covers most sales processes. Enterprise earns its higher price only when sandbox testing, territories or encryption are real requirements and not nice-to-haves.
You may be overpaying if
You pay monthly for a stable team, you put support or finance staff on full licenses instead of team users, or you moved to Enterprise for Zia AI features nobody uses.
Yearly billing saves up to 34%, with the biggest gap on Professional (USD 23 against USD 35).
Give non-sales staff USD 9 team-user licenses instead of full seats.
Teams of up to 3 can run on the free edition before paying.
Stay on Professional unless you need Enterprise-only controls.
Pipedrive and Freshsales give you competing numbers before renewal.
If you also need support and marketing tools, compare Zoho CRM Plus at USD 57 per user per month yearly.
Renewal email you can copy
Fill in the brackets and send it about 90 days before the renewal date. It works best next to your renewal tracker.

| Alternative | Starting price | Pick it when |
|---|---|---|
| Pipedrive | USD14 per seat per month (Lite, annual) | You want a simpler, visual pipeline CRM Read our Pipedrive pricing guide |
| Freshsales | USD9 per user per month (Growth, annual) | You want a lower entry price with built-in phone and email |
| Bigin by Zoho CRM | USD7 per user per month (annual) | You only need a simple pipeline for a very small team |
CRM licenses spread to marketing, support and finance staff who need only light access. Full seats for those users cost several times a team-user license.
Bottom line. Start on Free or Standard, move to Professional when you need automation, and treat Enterprise as a decision for sandbox, territories or encryption. Pay yearly once the team is stable and review licenses before every cycle.
