Pricing guide, CRM Software
Every Pipedrive plan in plain numbers, which add-ons Premium bundles, and what monthly billing adds per seat.
The short answer
Pipedrive costs USD 14 to USD 79 per seat per month billed annually (USD 24 to USD 99 billed monthly) across Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial. A 10-seat sales team pays USD 4,680 a year on Growth or USD 7,080 on Premium at list price.

Pipedrive is usually the first real CRM a sales team buys: it is quick to set up, priced per seat and easy to expense. The cost grows in less obvious ways. Plans changed names and limits in 2025, several useful tools are sold as add-ons on the lower plans, and paying month to month adds a lot per seat.
This guide walks through Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate using 2026 list prices and Pipedrive's own plan documentation, then shows where the real cost sits.
Prices below were recorded on 12 October 2026. The headline figure is the lowest price you can get for that plan. Check the official page before you buy, because vendors change prices without notice.

How billing works
Pipedrive charges per seat, so every rep, manager and admin who logs in is a paid user. Annual billing is paid up front and works out 20% to 42% cheaper per seat than monthly, with the biggest gap on Lite (USD 14 against USD 24). Add-ons such as Campaigns, Web Visitors, LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects are billed on top on the lower plans, and LeadBooster and Projects are included from Premium. Pipedrive's support center notes that existing customers who switch plans move to current list pricing.
The tier trap
Automations, sequences and full email sync start on Growth, so Lite suits only teams that log activity by hand. On Growth, adding LeadBooster and Projects as paid add-ons can cost close to the USD 20 per seat gap to Premium, where both are included.
Read this first. Pipedrive's pricing page (pipedrive.com/en/pricing) blocked automated access (HTTP 403), so plan prices come from 2026 third-party sources and must be confirmed on the live US page. Premium is the open conflict: SaaS Switcher (checked the live page 14 September 2026) and OfficeAtlas (EUR page, 3 October 2026) show USD 59 annual and USD 79 monthly, while CostBench and several other guides still show USD 49. This page uses USD 59. Add-on prices (Campaigns from USD 13.33, Web Visitors from USD 41, LeadBooster and Smart Docs from USD 32.50, Projects from USD 16 per seat) are from third-party guides and partly quoted in EUR, so confirm in USD. Renewal and notice terms were not checked. No reliable buyer benchmark was found, since CostBench's USD 800 median has an unclear source.

Our view
Pipedrive is good value for small and mid-sized sales teams that want a pipeline CRM without a long rollout. Growth is the sweet spot at USD 39 a seat. Premium is worth it only when the bundled LeadBooster and Projects replace add-ons you would pay for anyway.
You may be overpaying if
You pay monthly for a team that has been on Pipedrive for a year, you buy LeadBooster and Projects separately on Growth, or you keep seats for managers and leavers who no longer log in.
Annual billing is 20% to 42% cheaper per seat than monthly, depending on the plan.
Deactivate leavers and view-only managers before the renewal counts seats.
Compare the cost of add-ons on Growth with the USD 20 per seat step up to Premium, where LeadBooster and Projects are included.
Test Growth and Premium during the 14-day trial before choosing a tier.
Zoho CRM and Freshsales publish lower per-user prices and give you a competing number.
Larger seat counts and multi-year terms give you room to ask for a discount at renewal.

Sales teams add and lose reps constantly, and each seat bills until someone removes it. Add-ons bought by individual reps appear on the same invoice.
Bottom line. Start on Growth, commit annually once the team is settled, and move to Premium only when its bundled add-ons replace ones you already pay for. Then review seats and add-ons 90 days before renewal.
