About us
Procurement VMS helps buyers choose procurement and vendor management software with evidence instead of sales pitches. We write plain guides, comparisons and pricing breakdowns, and we say where our information comes from.

Why this site exists
Anyone who has run a software search knows the feeling. Every vendor says it does everything. Every comparison page is written by someone with something to sell. After two weeks of demos, the team is no closer to a decision, and the budget holder still wants to know why. We wanted a place that explains what each kind of tool does, who it suits, what it costs and what to ask, in language a busy buyer can use on Monday morning.
What we do
31 pages that explain each kind of procurement and vendor management software, with questions to ask vendors.
Side by side looks at well known products, written to help you decide what to test, not to crown a winner.
Plain breakdowns of what business tools cost and where the bill grows after signing.
Step by step guides for approvals, onboarding and ERP connections, with the checks that stop problems later.
How we work
Each page starts with a buyer question. We draw on vendor documentation, public pricing pages and public review platforms, and we name the sources on the page. Where a fact changes often, such as price, we say so and show the date we last checked.
We write in plain language and keep one idea to a paragraph. We do not paste vendor marketing copy, and we do not publish invented customer quotes. Where we use an example scenario, we label it as an illustration.
Pages carry a last updated date, and it changes only when the content does. If you find something wrong, tell us through the contact page with the page address and, if you can, a source. We check it and fix it.
Independence and disclosure
No vendor can pay for a better position in a comparison, and no vendor edits our pages. Where a commercial relationship exists, we say so on the page.
Disclosure: Zapro AI appears on some comparison pages as an editor's pick, and the people behind this site have a professional connection to Zapro AI. We state this so you can weigh those picks accordingly, and we explain our reasons on each page where Zapro AI appears.
The people
Pages are written by the Procurement VMS Editorial Team.
Michael, our Procurement Advisor Expert, is the named reviewer on our guides. He checks them for practical accuracy against how procurement teams buy and run software.
