Adobe Creative Cloud for teams has public prices, but every teams plan is an annual commitment priced per license. The difference between a single app at USD 37.99 and Creative Cloud Pro at USD 99.99 is large, and once licenses are on the contract, removing them early costs money.
This guide covers the US teams plans with prices checked on Adobe's official teams pages, then shows what a 10-license team really pays.
Prices below were recorded on 12 October 2026. The headline figure is the lowest price you can get for that plan. Check the official page before you buy, because vendors change prices without notice.

How billing works
Creative Cloud for teams is sold per license on an annual contract, either billed monthly or prepaid. Creative Cloud Pro for teams is USD 99.99 a month or USD 1,199.88 a year, so prepaying does not lower the price. Licenses added mid-term are prorated to your anniversary date so every license renews together. Adobe's subscription terms charge 50% of the remaining contract value if you cancel or remove licenses after the initial refund window. Adobe's teams page recommends 1 to 10 licenses and sends 11 or more to sales. US prices exclude tax.
The tier trap
Two single apps at USD 37.99 already cost USD 75.98 a license, so anyone who needs Photoshop and Illustrator is close to the USD 99.99 Creative Cloud Pro price. Teams plans also stop at 10 licenses on Adobe's page, so an 11th seat sends you to a sales quote.
Read this first. US teams prices were read on Adobe's teams plans page (forced to US pricing) and the "Changes to Creative Cloud for teams plans" help page on 12 October 2026. Teams plans are sold on an annual contract only (billed monthly or prepaid), and no month-to-month teams price is listed. Adobe's help page for annual plans paid monthly says a 50% early termination fee applies after 14 days, while Adobe's subscription terms PDF reportedly gives teams 30 days, so confirm the teams window. Creative Cloud Standard for teams appears on some regional pages but not on the US page, so it is excluded. The benchmark is Vendr's all-Adobe figure, which includes Document and Experience Cloud, not Creative Cloud teams only. The Canva Business price (USD 250 per person per year) comes from a prior check.
Move the slider to see what each plan costs at your size. The figures use the list prices on this page and leave out tax, add-ons and any discount you negotiate.
Ten licenses shows the gap between single apps and Pro, and what adding seats mid-term does.

Our view
Creative Cloud remains the standard for professional design and video work, and Creative Cloud Pro for teams is fair value for people who use several apps every week. It is poor value for occasional users, who are better served by a single app, Acrobat Pro or a lighter tool.
You may be overpaying if
Everyone has Creative Cloud Pro but most use only Photoshop or Acrobat, licenses sit with people who left or changed roles, or you pay for Adobe Stock that nobody downloads from.
Give single app or Acrobat Pro licenses to people who use one app, and keep Creative Cloud Pro for multi-app users.
Removing licenses mid-term costs 50% of what is left, so reduce counts at renewal instead.
Use the admin console to reassign licenses from leavers rather than buying new ones.
Adobe directs volume discount questions to sales and authorized resellers, and enterprise covers 11 or more licenses.
Adobe Express, Canva or Affinity may cover occasional design users.
Staff on individual plans can move to teams with no cancellation fee.

Creative licenses follow people across roles and projects. The contract, and its exit fee, stays fixed until the anniversary.
Bottom line. Give Creative Cloud Pro only to people who use several Adobe apps, put everyone else on a single app, Acrobat Pro or a lighter tool, and make all seat changes at the anniversary date. Start that review 90 days ahead.
Creative Cloud Pro for teams costs USD 99.99 per license per month on an annual contract, or USD 1,199.88 a year prepaid. Single app plans such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere for teams cost USD 37.99, and Acrobat Pro for teams USD 23.99 per license per month.
There is no free Creative Cloud for teams plan. Adobe Express and Firefly have separate free tiers with limited features. Staff already on individual Creative Cloud plans can move to a teams plan with no cancellation fee by calling Adobe or using chat.
Adobe does not publish enterprise prices, and sales quotes them. Adobe recommends teams plans for 1 to 10 licenses and enterprise for 11 or more. Vendr reports a median Adobe contract of USD 63,796 a year across all Adobe products.
Teams list prices are fixed on Adobe's site, but volume pricing is available through Adobe sales and authorized resellers. Vendr reports Adobe buyers save 11% on average. The biggest saving usually comes from moving single-app users off Creative Cloud Pro.
No. Creative Cloud Pro for teams costs USD 1,199.88 a year prepaid, which equals 12 monthly payments of USD 99.99. Both options are annual contracts, and cancelling mid-term costs 50% of the remaining obligation after the refund window.
Affinity by Canva is a free app covering photo editing, vector design and page layout. Canva Business costs USD 250 per person per year for marketing content, and Figma Professional costs USD 16 per full seat per month for UI design.
