Pricing guide, Global Payroll and Employer of Record
Every published Deel price by engagement type, why the same person costs twelve times more as an EOR employee than as a contractor, and what the page leaves unpriced.
The short answer
Deel costs USD 14 to USD 599 per worker per month: recruiting USD 14, contractor management USD 49, US PEO USD 125, Contractor of Record USD 325 and EOR USD 599. Contracts are month to month. Ten contractors cost USD 5,880 a year, while the same ten people as EOR employees cost USD 71,880 before local employer contributions.

Deel publishes its prices clearly, which makes them easy to compare and easy to misread. USD 14 per worker for recruiting, USD 49 per contractor, USD 125 per US PEO employee, USD 325 per Contractor of Record and USD 599 per EOR employee, all month to month.
The number that is not on the page moves the budget most. On EOR, Deel's fee sits on top of the actual cost of employing someone in their country. This guide covers both halves, plus the products Deel lists without a price.
Prices below were recorded on 17 October 2026. The headline figure is the lowest price you can get for that plan. Check the official page before you buy, because vendors change prices without notice.

How billing works
Deel prices by engagement type and not by plan tier, and the gap between types is the whole story: USD 49 per contractor per month against USD 599 per EOR employee per month, more than twelve times the price for the same person depending on how they are engaged. Contractor of Record sits in between at USD 325 per contractor per month, which is what you pay when Deel takes on the contract itself to reduce misclassification risk. The pricing page states that contracts are month to month with no long-term commitments required, which helps because EOR headcount tends to move. What the page does not price is the part many buyers assume is free. Deel HR, Global Payroll, US Payroll, Immigration, Deel Engage and Deel IT all appear as products with no published figure, and a Bundle tab exists with no pricing content behind it. On EOR, statutory employer contributions, mandatory benefits and any severance accrual are passed through on top of the USD 599 platform fee, and they vary enormously by country.
The tier trap
The trap is the engagement type and not a feature gate. A contractor you have to convert to an employee moves from USD 49 to USD 599 per month on the platform fee alone, plus the employer cost of employment in that country, and that decision is usually forced by local law and not chosen.
Read this first. All five prices used (recruiting USD 14, contractors USD 49, US PEO USD 125, Contractor of Record USD 325 and EOR USD 599) were read on Deel's official pricing page on 17 October 2026. Deel publishes no price for Global Payroll, Deel HR, US Payroll, Immigration, Deel Engage or Deel IT, so none is estimated here. Contractor of Record is covered in the text but is not one of the four plan rows. That EOR employer contributions are passed through on top of the platform fee is standard EOR practice and is stated as such, with no country figures because none were verified. No minimums or deposits are published on the page.
Move the slider to see what each plan costs at your size. The figures use the list prices on this page and leave out tax, add-ons and any discount you negotiate.
Ten people show how the engagement type, and not the headcount, sets the bill.

Features we could not place by plan: Compliant local contracts, Available outside the US, Month to month, no long-term commitment. Check the official page for which plan includes each one.
Pick it if the current need is sourcing and tracking candidates before any contract exists.
Pick it if the relationship is contractual: defined deliverables, the worker controls how the work is done, and local law supports it.
Pick Contractor of Record at USD 325 if misclassification risk in a country is real, or US PEO at USD 125 if the workers are US-based employees.
Pick it if you need a genuine employee in a country where you have no entity, and you have modeled the employer cost alongside the USD 599 fee.
Our view
Deel is good value for the problem it solves, which is paying people compliantly in countries where you have no presence. Contractor management at USD 49 per contractor per month is cheap next to the cost of getting classification wrong. EOR at USD 599 plus local employer costs is expensive but still cheaper than opening an entity for one or two hires.
You may be overpaying if
You pay per worker per month for contractors who finished their projects, you moved people to Contractor of Record or EOR without checking whether local law required it, or enough EOR employees sit in one country that a local entity would now be cheaper.
Pricing is per worker per month. A monthly sweep of workers with no activity is the easiest saving on the platform.
The gap between USD 49, USD 325 and USD 599 is enormous. Get local advice on whether each relationship requires EOR before paying for it.
EOR is designed for spread and not depth. When several employees sit in the same country, compare the annual platform fees against local entity setup and running costs.
Deel HR, Global Payroll, Immigration, Engage and IT carry no published price. Ask for each as a separate line so a bundle cannot absorb them.
The page states no long-term commitment is required. That makes a competing Remote or Rippling quote unusually easy to act on.
Ask for employer contributions and benefits shown separately from the platform fee, so finance can see what is negotiable.

| Rippling | Starting at USD 8 per user per month plus a USD 40 monthly base fee | You want HR, payroll, IT and device management in one platform for a mainly domestic workforce Read our Rippling pricing guide |
| Gusto | USD49 a month base plus USD 6 per person per month (Simple), global contractor payments at USD 5 per payment | Your team is largely US-based and international work is occasional contractor payments Read our Gusto pricing guide |
Month-to-month terms mean nothing prompts a review, so schedule one. Reconcile active workers each month and check where EOR headcount is clustering.
Bottom line. Match the engagement type to the legal reality, reconcile workers every month, and get the unpriced products quoted as separate lines. Check country clusters for an entity case.
Deel charges USD 14 per worker per month for recruiting, USD 49 per contractor, USD 125 per US PEO employee, USD 325 per Contractor of Record and USD 599 per EOR employee. All are month to month with no long-term commitment required, per the pricing page.
The pricing page publishes no free plan. Every listed product carries a per-worker monthly fee, and products such as Deel HR, Global Payroll and Deel IT appear with no price at all and not as free inclusions, so ask for each to be quoted explicitly.
Deel EOR is USD 599 per employee per month. That is the platform fee only. Statutory employer contributions, mandatory benefits and any severance accrual in the employee's country are passed through on top and vary significantly between countries.
Deel publishes no discounts or annual prepay rates. Because contracts are month to month, the practical bargaining power is volume and competition. A costed Remote quote, where contractor management is USD 29 per contractor per month against Deel's USD 49, is the most direct comparison.
No annual option is published. The pricing page states contracts are month to month with no long-term commitments required, and shows no annual prepay price. That flexibility is valuable for fluctuating EOR headcount but removes prepay as a saving lever.
Remote is cheaper for contractor-heavy teams at USD 29 per contractor per month against Deel's USD 49, and matches Deel at USD 599 for EOR. For a mainly US workforce, Gusto Simple at USD 49 a month plus USD 6 per person is cheaper again.
