Similarweb pricing in 2026: self-serve plans vs Business contracts
Similarweb self-serve packages in plain numbers, why every package has one user, and what quoted contracts cost buyers.
The short answer
Similarweb's self-serve Web Intelligence packages cost USD 125 to USD 542 a month billed annually, or USD 199 to USD 649 billed monthly, each for one user. Business and Enterprise are quoted. One analyst on Competitive Intelligence pays USD 1,500 a year, and Vendr reports a median contract of USD 37,800 a year.
Cheapest paid optionCompetitive Intelligence at USD 125 a month billed annually, USD 1,500 a year.
What most marketing teams needSEO and AEO data, which starts at USD 333 a month annually.
Biggest hidden costEvery self-serve package has one user, so teams move to quoted Business contracts.
Best way to saveBuy the entry package annually, which is 37% below its monthly price.
Similarweb sells two very different things under one brand. Individuals and small teams can buy a single-user package by card, with prices on the page. As soon as more people need access, longer history or the API, the conversation moves to a quoted Business or Enterprise contract.
This guide lays out the self-serve packages from Similarweb's official pricing page, then explains what drives the quoted plans and what buyers report paying.
Prices below were recorded on 12 October 2026. The headline figure is the lowest price you can get for that plan. Check the official page before you buy, because vendors change prices without notice.

How billing works
Each self-serve Web Intelligence package includes one user and can be paid monthly or annually. Annual billing is USD 1,500 a year on Competitive Intelligence, USD 3,996 on the SEO and AEO package and USD 6,504 with Ads. Business (5 users, 25 months of data) and Enterprise (10 users, 37 months) are quoted annual contracts. When you cancel a self-serve plan, access continues to the end of the paid period and the plan does not renew.
The tier trap
Every self-serve package is for one user with 3 to 6 months of history. The moment a second person needs a login, or you need year-over-year data or the API, you are into a quoted Business contract with 5 users and 25 months of data.
Read this first. Self-serve prices (USD 125 and USD 199, USD 333 and USD 399, USD 542 and USD 649) were read from the official Web Intelligence packages page source (similarweb.com/corp/pricing canonicals to /packages/web/). The visible page text loads them client-side, so recheck on the live toggle. Business (5 users, 25 months) and Enterprise (10 users, 37 months) show no price, and the USD 35,000 a year Business figure is from a 2025 PricingSaaS snapshot and is mentioned in notes only, not on the page. Feature rows for SEO, AEO and Ads are inferred from package names. Free plan status is not stated on the pricing page and is set to No. Price history from third-party trackers is omitted because PricingSaaS and SaaS Price Pulse disagree on when the USD 199 monthly entry price started. The calculator uses 1 user because self-serve packages are single-user.

Where the bill grows
A Similarweb bill depends on users, history and add-ons. These are the places it moves.
One user per package
Self-serve packages include a single user, so shared access means a quoted Business contract.
Short history
Self-serve packages keep 3 to 6 months of data. History up to 37 months comes with business plans or as an add-on.
Monthly premium
The entry package is USD 199 a month billed monthly against USD 125 billed annually, a 59% premium.
Add-on modules
Conversion Analysis, custom data feeds, managed services and AI Studio are sold on top of business plans.
Country filters
Country-level data across 100 or more countries is configured per contract on business plans.

Our view
Similarweb is worth it for teams whose plans depend on competitor traffic and market share data. The self-serve packages are good value for one analyst, but most teams end up on a quoted contract, where Vendr's median of USD 37,800 a year makes negotiation essential.
You may be overpaying if
You pay for the Ads package but do not run paid campaigns, your Business seats include people who only read monthly reports, or you bought 37 months of history for questions that 6 months answers.
How to pay less for Similarweb
Pay annually
The entry package is USD 125 a month billed annually against USD 199 monthly, about 37% less.
Start self-serve
Prove the data is used with a single-user package before signing a Business contract.
Share outputs, not seats
Export reports and dashboards for occasional readers instead of buying more users.
Negotiate with data
Vendr reports buyers save about 12% on average, so bring usage and competing quotes.
Trim add-ons
Review history length, countries and add-on modules before every renewal.
Get competing quotes
Semrush Traffic and Market and Ahrefs cover part of the same ground at lower entry prices.
What other buyers report
Vendr reports a median Similarweb contract of USD 37,800 a year, with deals from USD 14,220 to USD 96,000 and average savings of about 12% (February 2026). Source

Keeping Similarweb spend under control
Market data tools are bought by one analyst and then requested by everyone. The jump from a card purchase to a quoted contract changes who owns the renewal.
Count the users who log in. Sales, marketing and revenue operations often buy the same type of tool separately. Compare logins against paid seats before every renewal.
Calendar the renewal and notice window. Annual contracts for data and engagement tools often renew at a higher price. A renewal tracker keeps the date visible.
Check the data terms before you sign. Contact data brings privacy duties with it. Ask for the data processing terms during supplier onboarding, not after go-live.
Add the tool to your software spend view. Use a spend analysis template to see what go-to-market tools cost as a group.
Bottom line. Start with the cheapest single-user package that answers your questions, pay annually, and move to a Business contract only when several people use the data every week. Then negotiate every renewal with usage in hand.
