Vendor management platform reviews
Our reviews explain what each platform does, who it suits, where to be careful and which questions to ask in a demo. We do not publish star scores that we cannot support.

How to read our reviews
We would rather give you questions than a star rating
A single score hides the one thing you need to know, which is whether the product fits your situation. A platform can be excellent for a bank and wrong for a school. So each review ends with who should shortlist the product, who should not and what to ask the vendor. If you want numbers from other buyers, our review site guides show you how to read them.

Our approach
What every review covers
- What the product does, in plain words.
- Strengths buyers mention and where to be careful.
- Who should shortlist it and who should not.
- Pricing, with a note on what to ask for.
- Questions to ask before signing.
Reviews draw on public vendor material and published buyer feedback. A named reviewer is added to a page only after a hands on review has taken place.

Are reviews paid for?
No vendor pays for a review or edits it.
Can a vendor correct a mistake?
