Review site guide
Gartner Peer Insights collects reviews of enterprise software from verified users. It is separate from Gartner analyst research, and the difference is worth understanding before you cite either.

Before you read the stars
When someone says Gartner says, they might mean an analyst report or a customer review. Peer Insights is the second. It is a platform where verified business users review enterprise products. Analyst research, such as a Magic Quadrant, is written by Gartner analysts under a separate method. Mixing the two up leads to bold claims on slides that neither supports.
What it is
Peer Insights publishes reviews from people whose role and company have been checked, and it tends to attract larger organisations than some other review sites. Reviews cover areas such as product capabilities, evaluation and contracting, integration and support.
The reviews are of use when you are an enterprise buyer, since the reviewers are often at similar firms. Read the reviewer details on each review.

Use it with our pages
We do not copy scores from Gartner Peer Insights onto our pages, because scores change and we cannot keep a copy accurate. Open the live profile of each product on your shortlist, read the recent reviews and then bring your questions to the vendor. Our comparison and review pages tell you what to ask.
Tell us your company size and region. We use AI to match you to products, and a person checks the list before it reaches you, with the reason behind each pick.
Disclosure: Zapro AI appears on some comparison pages as an editor's pick, and the people behind this site have a professional connection to Zapro AI.
We will email your shortlist, usually within one business day. While you wait, browse the related guides above.
